Mustard Barbecue Sauce
|Prepared mustard||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Catsup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Browning and seasoning sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Liquid smoke||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients in a small Dutch oven, stirring well; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
Use sauce for basting, or serve with, chicken, lamb, pork, or ribs.
