Grilled Brisket With Panhandle Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Beef brisket 5 Pound
  Garlic salt 1 Tablespoon
  Ground pepper 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Barbecue sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Sprinkle brisket with garlic salt and pepper.
Wrap brisket in heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Prepare fire in a covered grill.
Place brisket on grill.
Cover with lid, and open vent.
Grill over low coals 2 hours or until very tender.
