How To Make Guinness BBQ Sauce

This is the Guinness BBQ Sauce I used on those awesome pork chops. I really like this sauce, I plan on using it on pork ribs this weekend.

Ingredients

Minced onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , minced
Guinness beer 750 Milliliter (3 bottles)
Ketchup 1 3/4 Cup (28 tbs)
Dry mustard 1/2 Teaspoon
Brown sugar 7 Tablespoon
Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Dried thyme leaf 1/4 Teaspoon
Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Tabasco/Hot sauce 2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING:

In a saucepot, heat olive oil and saute onions in it until translucent.

Add garlic and cook well.

Add guinness beer and cook until it reduces to 1 cups or for 30 minutes.

Add ketchup, brown sugar, pepper, thyme, kosher salt, cider vinegar, hot sauce, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and mix well.

Allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
