How To Make Guinness BBQ Sauce

This is the Guinness BBQ Sauce I used on those awesome pork chops. I really like this sauce, I plan on using it on pork ribs this weekend.
Ingredients
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Guinness beer 750 Milliliter (3 bottles)
  Ketchup 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 7 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme leaf 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco/Hot sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING:

  1. In a saucepot, heat olive oil and saute onions in it until translucent.
  2. Add garlic and cook well.
  3. Add guinness beer and cook until it reduces to 1 ½ cups or for 30 minutes.
  4. Add ketchup, brown sugar, pepper, thyme, kosher salt, cider vinegar, hot sauce, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  5. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes.

SERVING:

  1. Serve and enjoy!
