Remove seeds of 3 fleshy, ripe paprikas (the red, so called tomato paprikas can be used), and grind their flesh very finely, into a pulp.
Mix red paprika, salt and pepper, together with red wine, into a fine sauce.
Add paprika puree to it, mix well.
