This apricot sauce is a creamy dessert sauce made with apricot pulp and hevay cream. Comined together, this dessert sauce is simply whipped to prepare and can be chilled if desired before serving.
|Apricot pulp||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||To Taste (As Required)|
1.Drain canned apricots from their syrup and rub through a sieve.
2.Beat cream until stiff, add to apricot pulp, and sweeten to taste.
3.Serve with appetizers
