Easy Wine Sauce
Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine in a chafing dish blazer over direct heat.
Stir in Pk teaspoons sugar, 3/4 cup apricot jam, 1 cup port wine, 3 tablespoons brandy, and 3 tablespoons Cointreau (or rum).
Heat until mixture comes to boiling.
Reduce heat and ignite the sauce.
