Best Tomato Sauce

This sauce is amazing with meat, fish or chicken, delicious with BBQ as well. Tasty and super easy.
Ingredients
  Tomato 4 , peeled
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Yellow onion 1 Large, mince
  Garlic clove 1 Medium, mince
  Chopped fresh coriander 1 Tablespoon (as needed)
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING

1. In a pan, heat oil, add onion and sauté until soft.

2. Add garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.

3. Add tomato, stir well, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add coriander and mix well.

SERVING

4. Serve over pasta and enjoy!
