|Tomatoes||4 Medium, cut into wedges, seeded|
|Green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
Sprinkle tomatoes with sugar; set aside.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in small saucepan; add onion and garlic.
Cover; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add wine; cook, stirring constantly, until liquid is slightly reduced.
Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients; heat, stirring gently, just until butter melts.
