Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Catsup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon slices 2 , seeded
  Dry mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine the catsup, vinegar, water, oil, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika, Tabasco sauce, lemon slices, and onion in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
Strain through a fine sieve.
Add the honey.
Mix well.
Serve hot.
