Easy Chocolate Sauce
|Unsweetened chocolate square||2 Ounce (2 Squares)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine chocolate and water in a saucepan.
Stir over low heat until smooth and blended.
Add sugar and salt; stir constantly until sugar is dissolved and mixture thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Blend in butter and extract.
