Mustard Horseradish Sauce
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Horseradish||2 Ounce (1/2 Bottle)|
Combine the mustard, sugar, eggs, cream, and vinegar in a small saucepan.
Bring to a full boil for 2 to 3 minutes, then mix in the horseradish.
Remove from the heat and stir.
Cool before serving.
