Sweet Sour Sauce

Sweet Sour Sauce is easy to make. The pineapple with white papper gives the Sweet Sour Sauce a two dimensional taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon (Garlic Flavored)
  Canned apricots 1 Can (10 oz)
  Crushed pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lightly packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white To Taste
Directions

Have ready Garlic-Flavored Vinegar.
Force apricots through a sieve or food mill into a 1 quart saucepan.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook and stir over high heat until brown sugar is dissolved and mixture boils; reduce heat and cook slowly 10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
Remove from heat and stir in 2 tablespoons Garlic-Flavored Vinegar.
Cool; cover sauce and chill.
