Halve one orange and one lemon.
Slice one half of each to use as garnish; wrap and chill.
Squeeze juice from remaining oranges and lemons.
Stir together the juices, dry white wine, brandy, and honey; cover and chill.
Just before serving, pour chilled mixture into a large pitcher or serving bowl.
Slowly add the chilled carbonated water.
Add reserved orange and lemon slices.
