Sparkling Berry Sangria
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Triple sec liqueur||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hulled strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Raspberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Oranges||4 , sliced|
|Dry white wine||1 1⁄2 Liter|
|Soda water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ice cubes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In small saucepan, combine sugar and water.
Bring to boil over medium heat; simmer 2 minutes or until sugar has dissolved.
In large punch bowl or 2 large pitchers, stir together cooled syrup and Triple Sec.
Add strawberries, raspberries and oranges.
Pour in wine.
Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours or until well chilled.
To serve, add soda water; pour over ice cubes.
