Ingredients
  Ice cubes 20
  Spanish red wine 2 1⁄2 Pint, chilled (1.5 Liter)
  Brandy 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Caster sugar 2 Tablespoon (Approximately)
  Soda water 3⁄4 Pint, chilled (450 Milliliter)
  Summer fruits 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (Strawberries, Apples, Peaches, For Serving)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add the ice cubes and pour over the wine and brandy.
2) Stir in sugar to taste.
3) Add in the soda water

SERVING
4) Add the fruit and serve.
