Green Grape Sangria
|Dry white wine||1 Quart (1 Liter)|
|Fruit flavored liqueur||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Such As Midori Melon-Flavored Or Curacao Orange-Flavored)|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Honeydew melon balls||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ripe pear||1 Large, peeled, cored, and diced|
|Apple||1 , peeled, cored, and diced|
|Lime||1 , seeded, very thinly sliced|
Combine all the ingredients except ice cubes in a large pitcher, stir, and chill for at least 30 minutes to combine flavors.
Even longer—as much as 6 to 8 hours—is better.
Add ice a few minutes before serving.
If you serve this outdoors, as one would be tempted to do, keep the pitcher well-covered—fruit flies will come from a hundred miles away for this drink.
