Sangria

Ingredients
  Lemon 1⁄2 , cut in thin slices
  Orange 1⁄2 , cut in thin slices
  Apple 1⁄2 , cut in thin slices
  Dry red wine 1⁄2 Gallon
  Brandy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bottled carbonated water 14 Ounce, chilled (2 Bottles, 7-Ounce Each)
  Bottled lemon lime carbonated beverage 7 Ounce, chilled (1 Bottle)
  Orange peel/Lemon peel 1 (1 Long Spiral)
Directions

Put fruit slices into a 2-quart container.
Add about one third of the wine; add brandy.
Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
Chill remaining wine.
To serve, pour fruit mixture and remaining wine into punch bowl.
Carefully pour in carbonated water and carbonated beverage.
Garnish with the orange peel spiral attached to top of bowl and dangling into Sangria.
Add ice cubes, if desired.
Serve each drink with some fruit.
Makes about 11 cups, eighteen 5-ounce drinks.
