|Lemon||1 , halved|
|Rose wine/Burgundy / other red wine||750 Milliliter (1 Bottle)|
|Carbonated water||2 Cup (32 tbs), chilled|
Chill half of orange and half of lemon for garnish; squeeze juice from the other halves.
Place juice, wine, and honey in a pitcher or bowl.
Stir to dissolve honey; chill.
Cut chilled orange half into wedges.
Slice chilled lemon half into cartwheels.
Cut apple into wedges; remove core.
Thread fruit on wooden picks to stand in glasses.
Slowly add carbonated water to mixture in pitcher.
Pour into glasses and garnish with fruit
