|Burgundy/Pinot noir||1 3⁄5 Quart (Two 4/5 Quarts Bottles)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sparkling water||1 Quart, chilled (1 Bottle)|
Cut the outer rind from the orange in a spiral strip, removing as little of the white membrane as possible.
Then squeeze orange juice.
In a large bowl, mix together the orange spiral, orange juice, lemon slices, and lemon juice.
Add the Burgundy and sugar.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Chill at least 4 hours.
Remove lemon slices and orange peel.
Four into punch bowl; add sparkling water.
