Orange Sangria

Ingredients
  Orange 1 (Whole)
  Lemon 1 , thinly sliced (Whole)
  Lemon juice 1
  Burgundy/Pinot noir 1 3⁄5 Quart (Two 4/5 Quarts Bottles)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sparkling water 1 Quart, chilled (1 Bottle)
Directions

Cut the outer rind from the orange in a spiral strip, removing as little of the white membrane as possible.
Then squeeze orange juice.
In a large bowl, mix together the orange spiral, orange juice, lemon slices, and lemon juice.
Add the Burgundy and sugar.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Chill at least 4 hours.
Remove lemon slices and orange peel.
Four into punch bowl; add sparkling water.
