Cheesy Toasted Sandwiches
|Hard cooked eggs||5 , chopped|
|Chopped cooked ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Softened butter||1 Tablespoon|
|White bread slices||10 (Toasted)|
|Processed sharp cheese spread||5 Ounce, softened|
Mix together eggs, ham, and green pepper; set aside.
Blend the dry mustard, salt, and pepper into the sour cream.
Add to egg mixture; toss lightly to mix well.
Butter one side of each toast slice.
Spread egg mixture evenly on buttered side of 5 slices.
Top with remaining toast, buttered side down.
Spread sandwich tops with cheese spread.
Place on broiler rack.
Broil with tops of sandwiches about 4 inches from source of heat about 3 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
