Cheese And Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 3 (Yolks)
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Salt To Taste (Salad Oil- 2 Tablespoons)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon (Salad Oil- 2 Tablespoons)
  Cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated (Salad Oil- 2 Tablespoons)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, place the egg yolks and rub them until they turn smooth
2.Now add oil to the bowl, and use a fork to stir it slowly
3.Add little mustard, paprika, salt and vinegar to the bowl, and keep mixing thoroughly
4.In the bowl, containing the mixture, add the grated cheese to it
5.Spread the mixture between thin buttered slices of bread

SERVING
6.Serve with a sauce of your choice, salads,fries
