Ingredients
  Oysters 2 Large
  Salt To Taste
  Horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Tabasco sauce To Taste
  Lemon juice To Taste
  Cress 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a frying pan, place the oysters and fry it properly
2.In 2-3 buttered slices of bread, place the oysters
3.Sprinkle with the remaining ingredients, according to taste

SERVING
4.Serve with a sauce of your choice or with salads
