Ingredients
  Tongue 1⁄2 Pound, cooked
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cayenne To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Buttered bread slices 8 (thin slices)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by chopping the tongue or cutting it into thin slices

MAKING
2.Either pound the tongue to a paste or place slices along with mayonnaise and seasonings, between thin buttered slices of bread

SERVING
3.Serve with a sauce of your choice
