Ingredients
  Hard cooked egg 1
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Capers/Pickles 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by slicing the eggs

MAKING
2.Lay the buttered slices of bread, and place the egg slices between them
3.Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika
4.Add a layer of chopped capers or pickles on the bread slices, if desired

SERVING
5.Serve with a sauce of your choice, row with salads

TIPS
These are good for lunches for traveling or picnics.
