Almond Sandwich

Ingredients
  Almonds 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Almonds 1 Tablespoon
  Soft white bread slices 8 (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by finely chopping the almonds

MAKING
2. In a bowl, mix the chopped almonds along with the salt and lemon juice
3. Spread the mixture over thin slices of bread
4. Take the almond filled sandwiches, and cut them into small oval pieces
5. Place a blanched almond by pressing it in the center of the sandwich

SERVING
6. Serve with tea or coffee
