|Olive oil/Salad oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced / pressed (Large Cloves)|
|Medium shrimps||1 Pound, shelled and deveined (Raw Ones)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Dry white wine||3 Tablespoon|
|Liquid hot pepper seasoning||4 Drop|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, place butter, oil, onion, and garlic.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes.
Stir in shrimp, lemon juice, wine, and hot pepper seasoning.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 4 to 5 minutes (stirring to bring cooked shrimp to inside of dish every 2 minutes) or until pink.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
