Ingredients
  Small curd cream style cottage cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped radish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Caraway seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White bread slice 6 (Thinly Sliced)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, softened
  Lettuce leaves 6
Directions

Mash cheese with fork; stir in celery, carrot, radish, and caraway.
Chill.
Spread bread with butter; top with lettuce.
Spread each sandwich with 1/3 cup of the cheese mixture.
