|Peanut butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Peanut butter cookies||4|
|Finely chopped peanuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix softened ice milk with peanut butter.
Refreeze until firm.
Spread peanut butter ice milk on two cookies.
Top with remaining cookies.
Roll edges in chopped nuts.
