Tuna And Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Grated pasteurized process american cheese/Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Minced green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Minced celery 2 Tablespoon
  Sweet pickle relish 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vienna bread slices 6 , toasted
  Pimiento strips 1 Teaspoon
  Ripe olives 1 Teaspoon, sliced
Directions

Combine all ingredients except bread, pimiento and olives.
Spread mixture over toasted bread.
Arrange on paper towels or china plate.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave 3 sandwiches at a time, 1 to 2 minutes [REHEAT-6, 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes 30 seconds] or until hot.
Garnish with pimiento and olive slices.
