Ham Avocado Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Avocado 1 Medium, peeled and pitted
  Rye bread slices 10 (Sandwich Bread)
  Swiss cheese slices 5 (Natural)
  Boiled ham slice 10
  Tomato 1 Medium, sliced
  Lettuce 1
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Fold in mayonnaise.
Slice avocado.
Atop each of 5 slices bread place cheese slice, 2 rolled ham slices, avocado, tomato, and lettuce.
Drizzle with mayonnaise mixture.
Cover with remaining bread.
Makes 5.
