A B C Club Sandwiches
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Bacon slices||8 , crisp cooked, drained, and crumbled|
|Finely chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped radish||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned crab meat||7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed|
|Avocado||1 Medium, seeded, peeled, and finely chopped or mashed|
|White bread slice||15 , toasted|
Combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream, and lemon juice.
Stir bacon, celery, and radish into half the mayonnaise mixture.
Combine crab, avocado, salt, and remaining mayonnaise mixture.
Place lettuce leaves on 5 slices toast.
Top each with some bacon mixture, then another slice toast.
Spread on some crab mixture and top with another slice toast.
Secure each sandwich with wooden picks; cut into triangles.
Makes 5 sandwiches.
