Peppery Peanut Butter And Coconut Sandwiches
|White bread slices||8|
|Peanut butter||6 Tablespoon|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, softened|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), freshly grated or chopped|
Remove crusts from bread.
Flatten each slice with a rolling pin and cut into 3 strips.
Combine peanut butter, butter, and tabasco.
Spread peanut butter mixture on bread; dip in coconut.
Roll each bread strip to form a pinwheel.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
