Deviled Ham Sandwiches
|Rye bread slices||4|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, softened|
|Canned deviled ham||3 Ounce|
|Sweet pickle relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Spread bread with butter.
Combine deviled ham, pickle relish, mustard, and horseradish.
Spread deviled ham mixture on 2 slices bread.
Top with lettuce. (For lunch boxes, pack lettuce and sandwiches separately. Add lettuce when ready to eat.)
Top with remaining bread.
Makes 2 sandwiches.
