Super Quick Bean Sandwich

Ingredients
  Canned baked beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nonfat cottage cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Non fat whole grain bread slice/2 nonfat whole-grain bagels, split in half 4
  Ground paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Mash the beans slightly and spread on the bread or bagel half.
Preheat broiler.
2. Top each open-faced sandwich with 1/2 tablespoon cottage cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
3.Place the bean sandwiches under the broiler until they are warm and slightly brown.
Variation - Delete the cottage cheese. Sprinkle the beans with minced garlic, chili powder, and chopped scallions.
