Grilled Reuben Sandwiches
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Rye bread slice||12 , buttered|
|Sliced swiss cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Sliced corned beef brisket||1⁄2 Pound|
|Sauerkraut||16 Ounce, drained|
|Soft butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix mayonnaise and chili sauce; spread on 6 bread slices.
Top with cheese slices, corned brisket, sauerkraut and remaining bread slices.
Butter outsides of sandwiches.
Grill in skillet over low to moderate heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side or brown in sandwich grill 5 to 7 minutes.
