Grilled Ahi Tuna Sandwiches
|Ground ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Low sodium soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned tuna steaks||16 Ounce (Four 4 Ounce Can)|
|Nonfat mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|French bread rolls||4 (4 Inch Each)|
|Tomato||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Non fat cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
In a small bowl, combine the ginger, soy sauce, garlic powder and lemon juice.
Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the tuna in the grill and spoon the ginger soy sauce over each piece.
Grill for 4-7 minutes, or according to your preference.
Lightly spread the mayonnaise on the French bread rolls, layer with the lettuce and tomato and place the grilled tuna on top.
