Pineapple-Cheese Open-Faced Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Fat free cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained (Packed With Juice)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nonfat whole grain bread slices 4
Directions

1. Place cottage cheese and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
2. Combine smooth cottage cheese with raisins and pineapple.
3. Spread cottage cheese mixture on 4 slices of whole-grain bread.
