Ham And Cheese Sandwich Puff
|Ground cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|White bread slices||12 , toasted|
|Milk||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
Combine ham, cheese, mayonnaise and mustard.
Spread on 6 slices of toast; put together with remaining toast to make sandwiches.
Cut each diagonally into quarters.
Arrange in buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish, crust edges down.
Al ternate sandwiches to make zigzag rows.
Beat eggs slightly; beat in milk.
Pour over sandwiches.
Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until puffed and golden.
