Vegetable Grilled Sandwich
|Whole wheat bread slice||8|
|Shredded cabbage||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Thickly grated carrots||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated|
|Low fat paneer||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated|
|Coriander||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Green chili||1 , chopped|
|Mozzarella cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Low fat butter||2 Teaspoon|
For the stuffing Mix all the ingredients together.
Divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions.
How to proceed Place one portion of the stuffing on one slice of bread.
Top with another slice of bread.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more sandwiches.
Pre heat the griller and grill the sandwiches, using a little low fat butter.
