Poor Boy Steak Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Chuck steak 1 Pound
  Black pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Canned diced green chilies 4 Ounce
  Tomato 1 Small
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Nonfat mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Sandwich buns 4 Large, split and toasted (Hero-Style)
Directions

Preheat the grill for 5 minutes.
Remove any visible fat from the steak and slice the steak in thin strips across the grain of the meat.
Place in the grill and sprinkle with pepper and salt.
Grill for 2-3 minutes.
Add the green chiles and tomato.
Grill for 2 minutes.
Spread the Dijon mustard on one side of each bun and nlayonnaise on the other.
Pack the meat mixture inside each hero and serve with onions, if desired.
