|Pork and beans in tomato sauce/Margarine||9 Ounce|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Instant minced onion||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Frankfurters||2 , split lengthwise|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Natural)|
Spread bread with butter; place 2 slices on each luncheon plate.
In small skillet, combine pork and beans, catsup, mustard, and instant minced onion; mix.
Add franks; cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Spoon mixture over brown bread slices; top with shredded cheese.
