Ingredients
  Boston brown bread 5 1⁄2 Ounce, cut in 4 slices
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, softened
  Pork and beans in tomato sauce/Margarine 9 Ounce
  Catsup 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frankfurters 2 , split lengthwise
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Natural)
Directions

Spread bread with butter; place 2 slices on each luncheon plate.
In small skillet, combine pork and beans, catsup, mustard, and instant minced onion; mix.
Add franks; cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Spoon mixture over brown bread slices; top with shredded cheese.
