Baked Meat Sandwich

I made the Baked Meat Sandwich last weekend when I had some guests at home: believe me, it was dead simple and was a great hit too. In fact, the texture and flavor of the Baked Meat Sandwich is simply delightful! Try it for yourself!
Ingredients
  Ground lean pork 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded swiss cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Biscuit dough 1 (Rolled)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oven to 400°.
Grease baking pan, 8x8x2 inches, or 4 individual casseroles.
In large skillet, cook and stir pork and onion until pork is light brown.
Drain off fat.
Stir in cheeses, egg, parsley, salt and pepper sauce.
Remove from heat.
Prepare Biscuit dough for 10 to 12 biscuits as directed on buttermilk baking mix package except add mayonnaise with the water.
With floured fin gers, pat half the dough into pan.
Spread meat mixture on dough.
Turn remaining dough onto meat mixture; with floured fingers, pat on meat.
Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes.
Especially delicious with cheese or mushroom sauce.
