|Swiss cheese slice||6|
|Cooked ham slices||6|
|Bermuda onion||1 Large, thinly sliced|
|Tomato||1 Large, thinly sliced|
|Hard-cooked eggs||4 , chopped|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped sweet pickle||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cut bread in half lengthwise.
Spread braunschweiger evenly over bottom half of loaf.
Arrange slices of cheese, ham, onion, tomato and lettuce over braunschweiger.
Combine eggs, mayonnaise, pickle, celery, salt and pepper.
Spread over lettuce.
Replace top half of bread.
Cut diagonally into 6 to 8 portions.
