|Chopped salted peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Curry powder||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Toast slice||8 , buttered|
Mix thoroughly all ingredients except toast.
Spread mixture on toast, being careful to bring it to edges.
Set oven control at broil and/or 550Â°.
Broil 3 inches from heat 3 minutes or until hot.
