Pumpernickel Reuben Sandwich
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Pumpernickel slices/Dark bread||2|
|Corned beef slice||4|
|Drained sauerkraut||2 Teaspoon|
|Swiss cheese slice||1|
Mix mayonnaise and mustard together.
Spread on bread slices.
Layer corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese between bread slices.
Butter both sides of sandwich.
Place browning dish in oven.
Microwave 4 minutes on HIGH.
Microwave 2 minutes on HIGH, or until cheese starts to melt, turning sandwich over after 1 minute.
