In a small saucepan, combine corned beef, Swiss cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and sauerkraut.
Cook over low heat, stirring to combine all ingredients as the cheeses melt.
Thin with milk to dipping consistency.
Serve warm dip with rye crackers or rye bread sticks.
