Ingredients
  Plain low fat yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Minced sweet pickle 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  French bread loaf 2 1⁄2 Ounce
  Lean ham slices 2
  Muenster cheese 2 Ounce
  Lettuce leaf 1
  Cucumber 1⁄4 Medium
  Tomato slices 3
  Alfalfa sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine yogurt, pickle, and mustard.
Slice bread in half lengthwise.
Spread both cut sides of bread with yogurt mixture.
Layer remaining ingredients on bottom half of loaf in order given, cover with top half of loaf.
Cut sandwich in half to serve.
