Easy Chicken and Waffle Sandwich

Host Caitlin shows you how to make a super easy and super tasty sandwich using waffles as bread. With just a few ingredients, this waffle sandwich will become a family favorite. Thank you for tuning in!
Ingredients
  Waffle 1 Box
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken breast 500 Gram
  Chipotle peppers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cheese 250 Gram
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Pre-heat oven at 350C.

MAKING
2.In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with the finely chopped chipotle peppers and set aside.
3.Smear one waffle with the chipotle mayonnaise and spread it evenly.
4.Now place the smoked chicken over it and top it up with a layer of cheese.
5.On a cookie sheet, place the sandwich and bake for a little over 1 minute.
6.Once the waffle turns golden brown and crispy, its ready.

SERVING
7.Serve the sandwich with a salad side or simply ketchup to dip in.
