Party-Size Ham Sandwich

Ingredients
  Ricotta cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen white bread dough 1 Pound
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Lean cooked ham slices 1 Ounce
  Tomatoes 2 Medium
  Swiss cheese slice 8
  Cucumbers 2
  Sliced green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Alfalfa sprouts 4 Ounce
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender,- process until smooth.
Set aside.
Coat a 15 x 10 x 1 inch jellyroll pan with cooking spray, set aside.
Roll dough on a lightly floured surface in a 15 x 10 inch rectangle; transfer to pan.
Pat to the edge of pan; brush entire surface with margarine.
Let rise in a warm place (85°), free from drafts, 30 minutes or until doubled in bulk.
Bake or 450° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven, and cool 3 minutes.
Spread crust with ricotta mixture.
Arrange remaining ingredients over ricotta mixture in order given.
Cut into squares.
