Open Devilled Ham Sandwiches
|Canned devilled ham||2 1⁄4 Ounce|
|Grated process cheddar cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped ripe olives||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Commercial mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Set split muffins on cookie sheet, cut side up.
Slip under broiler to toast cut sides.
Spread each with devilled ham immediately.
Combine remaining ingredients and spread on muffins, covering edges well.
Put low under broiler and broil until bubbling and lightly browned.
